DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS FOR APARTMENT RENTAL

If employed for a one or more years with present employer:

1. Copy of last years W-2 form/tax return
2. Copy of 2-3 most recent pay stubs- if salary change- letter of employment.
3. Copy of State photo identification
4. Fully completed application
5. Landlord contact information or letter from current landlord if renting an apartment

If employed for less than one year, a letter of employment from employer stating salary, position and contact information for supervisor is required.

If a student or applying with a guarantor/co-signer:

1. Completed application from applicant, as well as Guarantor.  Both reports must be run, regardless of credit history.
2. Guarantor letter signed and notarized unless otherwise stated.
3. Three pay stubs from guarantors employer
4. In some cases proof of home ownership

In some cases further documentation is needed, submitting this information doesnt guarantee any approval
